4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom software developed for a client are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. Hextasoft retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how developed during the engagement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements and feedback in a timely manner.

6. Payment Terms

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Hextasoft in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
