Is HextaBook free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for one shop, with up to 10 invoices a month, 25 parties, one user and a free online store. Paid plans start at ₹199 a month plus GST, and each has a 14-day free trial.
Does HextaBook prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B?
Yes, on Silver and above. HextaBook builds GSTR-1 (with the JSON file the GST portal accepts) and GSTR-3B from your invoices, credit notes, purchases and expenses, and matches your GSTR-2B with purchase bills.
Does the POS work without internet?
Yes. HextaBook's POS (Gold and Platinum) keeps billing and printing while offline and syncs the bills when the connection returns.
Can I move my data from myBillBook, Vyapar or Tally?
Yes. HextaBook imports the Excel and CSV files those apps export, TallyPrime XML and Vyapar backup files: parties, items with stock and past invoices, on every plan.
